Sweet Potato Banana Smoothie Bowl

    Ingredients

    Smoothie:

    • 200g boiled sweet potato (cooled)
    • 100g frozen banana
    • 3/4 cup So Good Almond Original milk
    • 1 Tbs sweetener of choice (optional)

    Toppings:

    • 1 banana
    • 2 Tbs crushed nuts
    • 1 cup frozen berries
    • 3 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Step 2

      Top with banana, nuts, berries, and Weet-Bix Original Cereal.
