Saba Con Hielo

    Ingredients

    • 6 ripe saba bananas
    • 2 tbs coconut sugar
    • 1 ¼ cup water
    • 3 cups regular So Good Regular Almond Milk
    • 4 cups ice
    • 50g uncooked small sago 300g frozen banana

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Peel and chop the saba bananas into ½ inch thick coins.
    2. Step 2

      Place in a small pot with the water.
    3. Step 3

      Bring to a boil, then bring the heat down to low.
    4. Step 4

      Keep cooking for 5 minutes.
    5. Step 5

      Add in the coconut sugar.
    6. Step 6

      Mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
    7. Step 7

      Remove from the heat and let cool.
