- 1 tbs reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 tsp seeded mustard
- 5 wholemeal/multigrain bread, sliced down the middle
- ¹⁄4 cup (60ml) tomato chutney
- 1 cup rocket leaves

Heat a frypan or BBQ on high heat and cookStep 2
Whilst sausages are cooking, whisk together vegan mayonnaise and seeded mustard in a small bowl and set aside.Step 3
Once sausages are ready, open up the bread rolls, spread with mustard mayo, fill with rocket leaves and sausages, top with tomato chutney and serve.
