Banana and Choc Peanut Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • 1 med banana, frozen
    • 2 tbs natural peanut butter
    • 250ml So Good Oat Extra Creamy
    • 1 tbs cacao nibs
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Combine banana, peanut butter, So Good Oat Extra Creamy, 1/2 tbs of the cacao nibs and vanilla essence into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
    2. Step 2

      Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with banana, peanut butter and remaining cacao nibs. Enjoy!

    Tips

    Cacao nibs will add textrure to and a little bite to your smoothie, if you prefer to have a smoother texture, you can swap the nibs out for ½ tbsp of cacoacacao or cocoa powder.
