Fruit Jelly Cups

    Ingredients

    • 400g ripe mango
    • 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
    • 1 tbs agar-agar powder
    • 1 tbs agave nectar
    Optional toppings
    • kiwi strawberry
    • chopped mango
    • grapes

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place the mango in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Step 2

      In a small pot, add in the So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk, coconut sugar, and agar-agar powder.
    3. Step 3

      Whisk and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
    4. Step 4

      Remove from heat and whisk in the mango puree.
    5. Step 5

      Pour into cups.
    6. Step 6

      Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to let set.
    7. Step 7

      Top with chopped fruit.
    8. Step 8

      Serve and enjoy.
