- 400g ripe mango
- 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
- 1 tbs agar-agar powder
- 1 tbs agave nectar
- kiwi strawberry
- chopped mango
- grapes
Step 1
Place the mango in a blender and blend until smooth.Step 2
In a small pot, add in the So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk, coconut sugar, and agar-agar powder.Step 3
Whisk and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.Step 4
Remove from heat and whisk in the mango puree.Step 5
Pour into cups.Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to let set.Step 7
Top with chopped fruit.Step 8
Serve and enjoy.
