Chin Chow/ Cincau / Grass Jelly Drink

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup grass jelly
    • 2 cups So Good Soy Regular Milk
    • 1 Tbs coconut sugar
    • 2 cups ice
    • *2 Tbs water (optional)
    • So Good Soy Regular Milk
    • Coconut Sugar
    • Basil Seeds (optional for some texture)
    • *1 tsp basil seeds

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Bloom the basil seeds in water for 2 minutes.
    2. Step 2

      Dissolve coconut sugar in So Good Soy Regular milk.
    3. Step 3

      Slice the grass jelly into bite-sized pieces.
    4. Step 4

      Combine everything in a glass, serve with ice, and stir.
