    This tropical smoothie is delightfully fresh and light and feels like all of summer is piled into one delicious cup, with a delightful blend of mango, pineapple, coocnut and chia seeds. A great refreshing way to start your day or an afternoon pick me up. Made using So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk, this gluten and dairy free smoothie is ready in just 5 min. Making it so quick and easy to make, your whole family will love it.

    Ingredients

    • 1 mango cubed (approx. 150g)
    • 1 cup pineapple chunks (approx. 150g)
    • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
    • 1 tsp chia seeds
    • 2 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Add all ingredients into a blender
    2. Step 2

      Blend until smooth.

    Tips

    You can also use frozen fruit for this recipe, if fresh varieties are not available.
