    Ingredients

    • 1 cup quick oats
    • 1 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ heaped tsp ground turmeric
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ tbsp hemp
    • ½ tbsp ground flax
    • ½ tbsp chia seeds
