- 4-5 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tsp water, to thin out the sauce
