Scallion Pancake:
- 200g chopped spring onion
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
- 1 Tbs grapeseed oil
- 4 tsp Grapeseed oil (for frying, unless using non-stick pan)
- 1 Tbs tamari
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
