    Scallion Pancake:

    • 200g chopped spring onion
    • 1 cup gluten-free flour
    • 1/4 cup rice flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 3/4 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
    • 1 Tbs grapeseed oil
    • 4 tsp Grapeseed oil (for frying, unless using non-stick pan)

    Dipping Sauce:
    • 1 Tbs tamari
    • 1 tsp coconut sugar
    • 2 tsp vinegar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
