- 200g frozen pineapple

- 80g small sago/tapioca pearls

Step 1
Bring 5 cups of water to a boil, then add in the sago/tapioca pearls.Step 2
Cook the sago/tapioca pearls for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 3
Strain the sago and run through some water.Step 4
In a blender, place the frozen fruit and So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk and blend until smooth.Step 5
Pour into glasses and top with the sago/tapioca pearls.Step 6
Serve and enjoy.
