- 250g red mung bean
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 1/2 cups Ice
- 3 cups So Good Almond Original
- vanilla ice cream
Step 1
Soak the red mung beans in water overnight.Step 2
Strain the mung beans and place into a small pot with 3 cups of water and 1/4 cup of raw sugar and cook until soft and firm, about 40 minutes on medium low heat.Step 3
Set aside and let cool.Step 4
Serve with crushed ice and So Good Almond Original.
