- 2 tbs dried apricots, chopped
- 2 tbs pistachios, chopped
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced

Place yoghurt, apricots and pistachios in a bowl, mix to combine.Step 2
Place into bowl and eat with sliced apple.
Tips
- This can be added to lunch boxes by simply spooning into a small plastic container with a spill-proof lid. Then dampen a paper towel and sprinkle with lemon juice, wrap sliced apple in this to prevent discolouration.
