- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- 150 g low fat yogurt
- 1 tsp light cream cheese
- 2 tsp honey
- 10 g melted dark chocolate, optional

In a small container or bowl, combine Weet-Bix, coconut, and almond milk to form the base.Step 2
Mix yoghurt, honey and light cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the base.Step 3
If desired, top with melted dark chocolate.Step 4
Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hrs, or overnight.
Tips
Melted chocolate can be replaced with a drizzle of cocoa icing if preferred -combine 1 tsp icing sugar with 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp hot water or almond milk. Stir well.
