Weet-Bix™ Christmas snowballs

    The perfect Christmas gift the kids will love making for their teachers.

    Ingredients

    • 8 Weet-Bix™, crushed
    • 1 cup sultanas
    • ½ cup cocoa
    • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
    • ½ cup desiccated coconut

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place all ingredients, except desiccated coconut, in a large bowl. Mix well.

    2. Step 2

      Form mixture into 30 balls and toss in desiccated coconut until covered.
