- 300g Bean Supreme Soft Style Tofu
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 3 lemons, juice of
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup (125ml) vegetable oil

Step 1
Whizz together the tofu, sesame oil, cider vinegar, mustard and salt in a high speed blender or food processor.Step 2
Keep the machine going, and gradually drizzle in the oil until the mixture is well combined. When all oil is incorporated, turn off the machine.Step 3
Store in sealed jar in the fridge, lasts for two – three weeks.
Tips
- For garlic mayonnaise add, 2-3 roasted, crushed garlic cloves.
- For mustard mayonnaise add 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard.
- Not all mustard powders are gluten free. If you are gluten free, make sure that you check the ingredients of the mustard.
