Satay hummus

    A variation to traditional hummus with the addition of peanut butter.

    Ingredients

    • 2 x 425g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1/2 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
    • 2 shallots, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 3 tbs peanut butter, natural
    • 1 tbs lime juice
    • 1 tsp lime zest
    • 1 tsp salt

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    2. Step 2

      Serve with a selection of vegetables and crackers.

    Tips

    • Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
