Pear Crumble Overnight Weet-Bix

    If you love pears, you’ll love this special layered Weet-Bix and pear combination.

    Ingredients

    • 2 Weet-Bix™, roughly crushed
    • 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond Unsweetened Milk
    • 1 small pear
    • 150 g reduced fat natural, or vanilla, yoghurt
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1/4 cup chopped unsalted nuts, toasted
    • 1 gingernut or Biscoff biscuit, crushed

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Remove core from pear, then grate or finely chop.
    2. Step 2

      In a small container or bowl, combine Weet-Bix, almond milk, and half the grated pear.
    3. Step 3

      Mix yoghurt and honey with the remaining grated pear, and spread over the base.
    4. Step 4

      Top with nuts and crushed biscuit.
    5. Step 5

      Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hrs, or overnight.

    Tips

    Substitute pear with apple, if preferred.
