Peanut butter and jam smoothie

    How about this for a delicious start to your day! Try this awesome smoothie for a quick and easy way to start your day smiling!

     

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup of oats, cooked and cooled
    • 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
    • 1 tbs Sanitarium No Added Salt Crunchy Peanut Butter
    • 1 banana
    • 1 prune or date
    • 1 tbs chia seeds
    • 1 tbs vanilla plant based protein powder (optional)
    • ¼ avocado, skin and stone removed (optional)

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
    2. Step 2

      Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
