- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup So Good Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (choose one with only peanuts and salt in the ingredients list)
- To serve: 2 tsp coconut, 2/3 cup fresh berries and edible flowers

Add chia seeds, almond coconut milk, cacao and vanilla to a medium sized bowl. Whisk to combine, then set aside to thicken for 20 minutes, whisking a few times throughout.Step 2
After 20 minutes, add peanut butter and mix through. Pour into a serving bowl and top with desired fruits, coconut and flowers.
