- 415g can Nutmeat, well chopped
- ½ cup reduced salt BBQ sauce
- 2 sheets puff pastry

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.Step 2
Line a baking tray with baking paper.Step 3
Into a large bowl, place spinach, Nutmeat and BBQ Sauce, season and stir to combine.Step 4
Roll out both sheets of puff pastry. Cut in half lengthways.Step 5
Place one-quarter of the mixture down the length of each strip and roll over itself so the filling is encased.Step 6
Cut each into thirds and place (seam side down) onto the prepared tray.Step 7
Season each with sea salt and cracked pepper.Step 8
Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Tips
- Uncooked rolls can be frozen and baked in the oven from frozen when required
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired
