Charred corn on cob

    Barbequed or chargrilled corn takes on a lightly charred exterior with a smoky flavour and juicy filling. It’s a simple but fabulous addition to your family meal or BBQ.

    Ingredients

    • 4 cobs corn, husk removed
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Brush corn with oil and place on preheated BBQ or chargrill.
    2. Step 2

      Cook for 10 minutes turning frequently until tender and lightly charred.
    3. Step 3

      Sprinkle with dill and salt. Makes 4.
