- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp honey, optional

Serve immediately, or prepare the night before and store in a covered container in the fridge.
Tips
- If prepared in advance, smoothie will thicken slightly as the oats absorb some of the liquid.
