Apricot almond smoothie

    Kick start your day with the goodness of fresh fruit, nuts and calcium.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups So Good Regular soy milk
    • 8 fresh apricots, seeds removed
    • 2 tbs almond meal
    • 1 tbs wheat germ
    • 1 tbs honey

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Step 2

      Pour into two glasses to serve.

    Tips

    • Canned apricots can replace fresh apricots.
    • Make your own almond meal by crushing whole almonds in a blender until fine.
