Roti Jala (Savory Lace Crepes)

    Ingredients

    • ¾ cup chickpea Flour
    • ½ cup So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
    • ¼ cup water
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
    • oil for cooking (optional)

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Step 2

      Pre-heat a pan to medium heat. Place the batter into a squeeze bottle with 3 holes or nozzles.
    3. Step 3

      Add oil to the pan, if needed. Spread the batter onto the pan in a circular motion creating multiple interlapping circles.
    4. Step 4

      Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with all the batter.
