Caramel:
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 Tbs coconut sugar
- 1 Tbs water
- 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
- 3 Tbs raw sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp agar-agar powder
Caramel:
Step 1
Place 1/4 cup raw sugar into a small sauce pan with 1 Tbs water and cook on medium-low heat until caramel brown.Step 2
Transfer and spread onto heat-friendly container.Step 3
Place the strained soaked cashews, So Good Oat Unsweetened, raw sugar, vanilla extract and agar-agar powder in a blender and blend until smooth.Step 4
Transfer to a small pot and cook on medium-low heat until it come to a low boil.Step 5
Transfer to the container with the caramel.Step 6
Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.Step 7
Serve and Enjoy.
