Weet-Bix Slice Overnight Weet-Bix

    You won’t be able to resist this overnight bowl, inspired by the classic Weet-Bix chocolate coconut slice! 

    Ingredients

    • 2 Weet-Bix™, roughly crushed
    • 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Original
    • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
    • 150 g low fat yogurt
    • 1 tsp light cream cheese
    • 2 tsp honey
    • 10 g melted dark chocolate, optional

    Method

    1. Step 1

      In a small container or bowl, combine Weet-Bix, coconut, and almond milk to form the base.
    2. Step 2

      Mix yoghurt, honey and light cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the base.
    3. Step 3

      If desired, top with melted dark chocolate.
    4. Step 4

      Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hrs, or overnight.

    Tips

    Melted chocolate can be replaced with a drizzle of cocoa icing if preferred -combine 1 tsp icing sugar with 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp hot water or almond milk. Stir well.
