- 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups So Good Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1
Whisk together gluten free flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.Step 2
Add So Good Almond Coconut Milk, water, oil and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.Step 3
Coat the pan with a little oil and heat it over medium heat.Step 4
Pour the batter onto hot pan and cook until bubbles form. Turn over and continue cooking for 2 minutes.Step 5
Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.Step 6
Stack on a plate. Sift powdered sugar over and garnish with fresh berries (optional).
