    Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • ¼ cup oats
    • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter Crunchy
    • 6 pitted dates
    • ¼ cup cashews
    • 1 tsp chia seeds
    • 2 ¼ cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Add all the ingredients except for the peanut butter, chia seeds and So Good Almond Milk into an air tight container.
    2. Step 2

      Keep in the freezer until needed.
    3. Step 3

      Empty ingredients into a blender.
    4. Step 4

      Add the peanut butter, chia seeds and So Good Almond Milk.
    5. Step 5

      Blend until smooth.
