- 1/4 cup white miso paste
- 2 tbs less salt soy sauce
- 1 tbs mirin
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp finely grated ginger
- 1 tbs water
To serve
- 3 - 4 heads baby bok choy
- 2 cups steamed white rice
- 2 tbs toasted white sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- Sliced fresh chili, optional
