Coconut chia pots

    Rich in fibre and high in calcium, this is a deliciously satisfying way to start your day.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups So Good Coconut Milk Unsweetened
    • ½ cup chia seeds
    • ¼ cup shredded coconut
    • 1 tbs agave nectar
    • ¼ tsp vanilla

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in 4 individual serving jars.
    2. Step 2

      Refrigerate overnight.
    3. Step 3

      Serve topped with flaked coconut.

    Tips

    • Nutritional analysis does not include toppings and garnishes.
    • Agave nectar can be substituted with sugar.
