Ingredients
- 420g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 410g can whole baby carrots, rinsed and drained
- 410g can whole potatoes, rinsed and drained
- 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and transfer into a deep baking tray.Step 2
Bake in a hot oven, 200°C for 30 minutes, stirring at half-way.
