Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups untoasted apricot and almond muesli (or another natural muesli)
- 1 cup So Good Regular soy milk
- 1/3 cup orange juice, home squeezed
- 1/2 tbs honey
- 1 small green apple, cored and grated
- 1/2 punnet mixed berries
- 200g berry low-fat yoghurt
Method
Step 1
Combine muesli, So Good Regular, juice and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Step 2
Just before serving add apple, berries and yoghurt. Mix well.Step 3
Serve topped with extra fresh fruit.
