Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Vegie Delights Savoury Mince
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp of mixed Italian herbs
  • 2 tsp of tomato paste
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 400g of fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • Vegan friendly cheese of your choice
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook

    Add onion and garlic to pan and cook in oil until softened. Stir through herbs for 30 secs until fragrant
  3. Step 3

    Add tomato paste, canned tomatoes, 1 cup of water, stir and bring to the boil.

    Reduce heat, add

    Serve with fettuccine, vegan friendly cheese and garnish with fresh basil
