Chocolate PB&J smoothie bowl

A satisfying drink that’s great after a good workout at the gym or an afternoon hunger buster. It's a nutty, chocolate hit with a serve of fruit, making it high in fibre and a source of protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs sugar free jam
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1-2 dates (optional)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Pour into bowl and top with favourite fruit.
