Purple power smoothie

A vibrantly coloured, nutrient-packed, way to start the day. Get a hit of calcium as well as a punch of protein and fibre!

Ingredients

  • 1 Weet-Bix wheat biscuits
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk, or So Good Soy or Almond Milk

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Step 2

    Pulse until smooth.
  3. Step 3

    Pour smoothie into glass.

Tips

  • Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
  • Want a convenient ready to go drink? Double the ingredients and store it in the fridge for later.
