- 300ml So Good Coconut Milk
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup wholegrain oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 6 Weet-Bix
- 1/2 cup dried apricot
- dessicated coconut (optional)

Turn down and simmer for 3 minutes, then crumble theStep 3
Spoon the mixture into some glass jars or bowls and sprinkle the dessicated coconut and chopped apricots on top. Serve hot or cold.
