Quick & easy peanut butter cookies

These peanut-y packed cookies are a decadent treat and they come together in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter, smooth
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed (55g)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
  2. Step 2

    With a large spoon or silicone spatula, vigorously stir all ingredients until a firm dough forms.
  3. Step 3

    Divide dough into 16 pieces and roll into balls. Place on prepared tray and gently flatten with a fork.
  4. Step 4

    Bake 9-10 minutes, until golden on edges. Cool on tray for 5 minutes, then move to a rack to cool completely.

Tips

  • If using Natural or No Added Salt and Sugar Peanut Butter, add 1 tbs of light olive oil and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
