Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cacao butter, melted
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Place cacao butter in a glass bowl and place over simmering water in saucepan. Heat until just melted.Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, but reserve 1 tablespoon each of buckwheat and cranberries.Step 3
Pour into a lightly greased 19cm x 29cm lamington slice tin. Sprinkle with reserved buckwheat and cranberries.Step 4
Place into refrigerator to set. Cut into bite size pieces. Makes 40.
