Golden oats

This recipe is satisfying, wholesome and bound to keep you full of energy all morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ heaped tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp hemp
  • ½ tbsp ground flax
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    In a small saucepan, combine oats, So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk, water, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, hemp, flax and chia seeds.
  2. Step 2

    Cook over medium heat and stir until thickened to your desired consistency.
  3. Step 3

    Transfer into a bowl, top with fresh fruit and sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
