Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or bean paste
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup rice malt syrup
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups Sanitarium™ Ricies™
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ⅔ cup pumpkin seeds
- ⅔ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup dried cranberries or apricots
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- 3 Tbsp LSA
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C.Step 2
Grease and line a 27 x 21cm baking tin.Step 3
Place the vanilla, maple syrup, rice malt syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine.Step 4
In a large bowl add the remaining ingredients and pour over the wet ingredients and mix until evenly combined. Transfer into the prepared tin and firmly press down. Part slice into 5.4 x 7 cm rectangles to make cutting easier once cooked.Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before refrigerating for 30 minutes to firm up. Slice all the way through to make 15 bars. Store in the fridge.
