Ingredients
- ½ cup short grain or arborio rice
- 1L Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 2 tbs agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method
Step 1
Place rice, Almond Coconut Milk, agave nectar and vanilla in a heavy based saucepan.Step 2
Bring mixture to the boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer until mixture has thickened.Step 3
Serve with fruit of choice and toasted coconut flakes.
