Ingredients
- 4 Vegie Delights hot dogs
- 4 hot dog rolls
- 2 brown onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, grated
- 1 shallot, sliced
- Your favourite hot dog sauces – we used tomato and American style mustard
Method
Step 1
Warm hot dog buns on a low heat in oven for a few minutes. Slice tops lengthwise.Step 2
Pan fry hot dogs according to directions on pack.Step 3
Pan fry onion on medium low heat until caramelised (approx. 10 minutes).Step 4
garnish with shallots and sauce of your choice.
