Weet-Bix Berry-Boost Smoothie

Tangy and delicious, this berry smoothie is packed with fibre, antioxidants, and the goodness of Weet-Bix.

  • 2 Weet-Bix
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice (no added sugar), or replace half with water or your milk of choice

Toppings

  • Slivered almonds
  • Extra berries

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place smoothie ingredients (Weet-Bix through pomegranate juice) into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Transfer smoothie to a serving glass, or pour into a shallow bowl.
  3. Step 3

    Decorate the smoothie bowl with slivered almonds – bonus points for making letters and numbers with the almonds – and a few extra berries.
  4. Step 4

    Serve immediately.

Tips

Add a handful of baby spinach to the blender, for a serving of hidden greens.
