Banoffee Overnight Weet-Bix

Ingredients

  • 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuit
  • ​1/2 Cup So Good™ Almond Milk
  • ½ cup low fat yoghurt
  • ½ banana
  • 15g Biscoff spread or DIY Caramel Drizzle (Peanut butter + Maple Syrup + Hot Water)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Crush 2 ½ Weet-Bix and add almond milk to form the base. Spread over the bottom of a small container or bowl.
  2. Step 2

    ​Layer on the chopped banana and Biscoff or caramel drizzle.
  3. Step 3

    Cover with yoghurt and ½ Weet-Bix crushed on top.
  4. Step 4

    Place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
