Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups lactose free milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Combine oats, walnuts, spices, baking powder and berries in a large bowl and stir to combine.Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine milk, maple syrup, vanilla and eggs and whisk well.Step 3
Grease a 20cm baking dish. Spread the oat mixture evenly in the baking dish. Pour over milk mixture and use a spoon to wiggle the oats so the milk moves down.Step 4
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until golden
