Weet-Bix, avocado and coconut smoothie

A moorish and fulfilling plant-protein shake which looks great in green! This shake also contains folate which helps with everyday immune function as part of a balanced diet. Great as a healthy breakfast option or afternoon snack this recipe has only a 2min prep time. Made using our dairy free So Good Coconut milk, this smoothie is full of good nutrients, whole foods and great for on the go. 

Ingredients

  • 2 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
  • ½ cup So Good™ Coconut milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ avocado, peeled and de-stoned
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, smooth
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the Weet-Bix™ into a blender with the So Good™ coconut milk and water and allow to soak for a minute before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Step 2

    Blend until smooth and serve straight away.
