Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped (approx. 300g)
- 3 frozen bananas, chopped
- ½ cup So Good™ Oat No Added Sugar Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup unsalted cashew nuts (optional)
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.Step 2
Scoop into waffle cones or cups. Top with chopped cashew nuts.
