Super satisfying after a good workout or an afternoon hunger buster this smoothie bowl is a nutty chocolate hit with a serve of fruit.  Its high in fibre, a source of protein and uses our So Good Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened. Ready in just 5 min, this smoothie bowl is also vegan, gluten free and dairy free. What more could you want in a breakfast delight or afternoon snack?

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs sugar free jam
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1-2 dates (optional)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Pour into bowl and top with favourite fruit.
