Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Original
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Toppings:
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds + 1/2 cup So Good Almond Milk Original
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- Chia seeds (dry for garnish)
- 1 kiwi and 2/3 peach (or other seasonal fruits)
Method
Step 1
Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup So Good Almond Milk and put aside for at least 15 minutes (best results if soaked overnight).Step 2
Blend together frozen berries, banana, So Good Almond Milk and rolled oats (and optional honey).Step 3
Pour smoothie into bowl and add pre-soaked chia seeds on top.Step 4
Now arrange seasonal fruits and oats on top, then sprinkle flaxseeds and chia seeds all over.
